There was not much road because its a small one. I was about to pass after another car passed and my way was free for a moment.
Then the other car entered so fast and i stopped immediately avoiding the accident. I think im right because i had already blocked the way but he still didnt care. If any part of your vehicle has crossed the give way line then you have priority over any vehicle who has not yet crossed the give way line. I agree,anticipation and getting your timing right applies to where ever you are driving on the highway.
