The title is a reference to the song Jeepers Creepers , whose first lines of the refrain are "Jeepers Creepers, where'd ya get those peepers? The song was featured in the movie Going Places released in the same here, where it is performed by jazz musician Louis Armstrong. However, the song is most famous for being the main theme of The Creeper, the main antagonist in the horror film Jeepers Creepers.

They have to fight some robot troops and when they find where he is, they find themselves in an evil space lair with an evil anime mastermind named Hookocho the Prince of Pain and Destruction. He is holding Peepers captive inside of his lair and Dexter and Koosy attempt to fight Hookochuoto set Peepers free but fail.
When Hookocho is just about to destroy Dexter and Koosy, Peepers turns into a giant dragon and squishes Hookocho. They return Peepers to normal and all end off the story happily ever after with Koosy's theme song he made up for him and Dexter.
